“We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness.
The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best.
Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well……

“Omg book this resort now. By far the best vacation ever!! The manager Omar was very friendly and wonderful. The entire staff make you feel very relaxed and welcome. Our butler Anthony and Robert wow amazing!!! Anthony always went above and beyond and was just pleasant. If you are looking for 5star service and a very relaxing vacation don’t search any further. Best part is they have a shuttle that goes to the other sandles property so you will never get bored.”
