“We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is……

“We had a one night stay and it was a perfect hotel for this. Check-in was seamless and a lovely room with en-suite facilities was plenty big enough with tea making facilities. Bed was very comfy. I ate in the evening and food was a good quality and staff really helpful. The following morning we asked if an extra person could join us for breakfast and were informed this was no problem and we discussed some food intolerances that they had and once again the staff were really helpful and able to……

“We booked the luxury caravan with a hot tub, although unfortunately we wouldn’t describe it as “luxury”. There were a few things that we felt needed attention. The radiators in the bathrooms were rusty and really need replacing, the grouting was mouldy, and one of the shower screens had mould around the bottom. The white railing around the patio was also loose and needs securing. The hot tub had supposedly been cleaned before our arrival, but there were what looked like small stones in it,……
