“Overall a 4-star experience. The room is smaller than the photos suggest, and ours had a broken steamer, faulty AC, and no luggage rack something most hotels at this level provide. They did fix the AC the same day we complained, after one rough night of sleep.
Check-in was a letdown. Staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t explain any amenities, so we had to piece together spa hours, gym access, and other details by asking other staff throughout our stay.
