“Everything was great. In particular the bed was super comfortable. It was a nice cozy little place that was very close to the multi day event we were attending and was exactly what we needed. ”

The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing. “This is our second time staying here while we attended a concert in Salt Lake City. The location and the space are incredible. Very comfortable for a group of 10 and you don’t have to worry about being a little noisy as it is right over the Benihana restaurant.
