“The space is wonderful. Especially the linens/towels/comfy bed. We didn’t use the hot tub. We thought the backyard space, while quiet and private was a bit unkempt but okay. The path into the cottage gives the feeling of walking into another world which we loved. The location is a stones throw from town, with everything we needed!”

“This house was perfect for 2adults. The property is well maintained and has more amenities than we got around to using. Great nostalgic decor. Fully equipped kitchen with one appliance missing…a dishwasher. Otherwise a very cozy vacation!”

“Diana’s property was the perfect spot to reconnect with old friends. We enjoyed the art, food and music of Woodstock and a side trip to Bethel to check out the Woodstock Museum. Diana’s home was a comfortable place to retreat to after our days of exploring. We would love to make it an annual event. ”

“We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder.”

“Lily Cottage worked out perfectly for my wife and myself. It was clean, quiet, and amenities were as described in the listing. It was a scenic 20 minute drive to Woodstock, the Ashokan bike trail, and Phoenicia. Recommended!”

“Through the neighborhood at the end of the quiet road tucked behind other houses is this lovely, tidy, efficiently laid out, well equipped home. The placement on the lot is perfect making it easy to forget you're only a few minutes from in-town Poughkepsie. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Wish we'd found it when our son started college in Poughkeepsie rather than for graduation!”

“Myself and my partner really enjoyed our 4-night stay in the smaller half of Brook Cottage. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, it is plenty spacious for two, nicely presented and very well furnished and equipped. There was nothing lacking. The cottage is set back from the road so was nice and quiet. We didn’t use the patio because of the chilly early April weather, but that too was a nice space. Located at the top end of town, it was only a short walk to shops and restaurants.……

“Our weekend away at Tim's rental was nothing short of perfection. The home was cozy with several areas to sit and enjoy the company of your partner. We floated from the breakfast nook to the living room, to the sun room to the patio just enjoying the perfect weather and great conversation. This weekend will be one we never forget and we plan on coming back if Tim will let us. There is one other thing as well. One of our cars needed a jump and Tim took time from his family to come help us. I……

“My husband and I arrived with our bikes and enthusiasm! We hiked at Mannawaska State Park, and swam in their lovely lake as well. There are bike paths just near their home. Our hosts Anat and Jaime were lovely and attentive to our needs. The comfort of having a great sleep could be had due to the bed which was very comfortable! We had a fabulous time hiking, swimming, biking and relaxing.”
