“Upon arrival we were told our room would be ready in one hour so we went outside by the pool .. It was a rainy day normally would not care if could not check in early..We arrived at 1:Pm .. stood on line again told to come back in one hour went back at 2 room not ready told to come back again at 3 again room not ready...Each time we had to wait on a longline to be told to come back. Finally at 4pm room was ready and it was the most dated dreary rather dirty room.. Found a big black hair in my……
