They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!”

"Hotel bien ubicado al lado de la estación de trenes y a una cuadra de la avenida principal de Cardiff St. Mary's Street. Se puede ir caminando a los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad y hay una gran variedad de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías a unos pasos. Check in y Check out rápidos. La habitación y hotel minimalista, pero con todo lo necesario. Desayuno simple, pero suficiente. El personal atento y entrega un buen servicio."
