"Really enjoyed our stay at Future Inns. It was our base for a family reunion for my mum and travelling around Cardiff and up into the valleys. The rooms are really comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. We could walk to a mermaid quay in 10mins (not very scenic route but mermaid quay is!) . Parking is a real bonus. Staff allowed us to share a continental breakfast and coffees as we didn’t want the whole breakfast. (wifi a bit variable but suited our needs) would definitely stay again,...

"Basic small room with ultra small ensuite on 2nd floor, no lift for heavy luggage. Bed reasonably comfortable although just big enough for two Adults. Sink in Ensuite barley big enough to wash hands and water pressure to high so splashes over floor. Just passable for an overnight stop, but would suggest a larger room if you value space to move freely. Breakfast brought to your room which was a bit of a squeeze but it was cooked well and was thoughly enjoyed."
