“No es un cinco estrellas real. Tuve problemas con la cerradura, la puerta no cerraba. Me pasó el primer día de los 5 que iba a estar. No consiguieron arreglarlo, todos los días volvía a no cerrar y tenía que volver a pedir que lo arreglaran. Sonaba un zumbido de algún motor en la habitación. Además me cobraron dos veces la estancia por error, tardaron más de dos meses en devolverme el segundo pago, y la primera mañana me dijeron que no tenía el desayuno incluido cuando me habían dicho que sí....

"Hotel bien ubicado al lado de la estación de trenes y a una cuadra de la avenida principal de Cardiff St. Mary's Street. Se puede ir caminando a los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad y hay una gran variedad de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías a unos pasos. Check in y Check out rápidos. La habitación y hotel minimalista, pero con todo lo necesario. Desayuno simple, pero suficiente. El personal atento y entrega un buen servicio."
