“Lovely location and a real charachter property. The whole place was nice and clean and had all the facilities you could need. “Stayed here 2 nights as I was attending nearby Festival. I Called Les the host and he was very accommodating leaving my keys in the safe box. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. The bed was very Comfortable i had 2 really good night sleep here. Bayside is right next to the beach which was a bonus as it was a warm bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend a stay here.”

“This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations.
