“This is a run down, filthy hotel not fit for a stay at any level. It was likely not updated in the last 20 years.
The hotel really should be demolished. I left a day early and went to another hotel. This hotel was over 70 dollars per night, more expensive than most hotels.
Any positive reviews out there must be from many years ago or they're not authentic. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.”

“It’s a good hotel in a nice location. However, the air conditioning is not working, so I had to stay in a room with a temperature above 25°C. The TV was also not working, and the cleanliness was average. There is significant noise pollution on the west side of the building. All in all, it’s a good hotel if they address these issues.”

“The hotel told me they could not honor the payment I made through hotels.com and they asked me to pay them directly. In the end I was double billed for the same stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you go to Addis Ababa. I am a platinum member and long time customer of hotels.com but I am no longer going to use them after this trip. They should not be advertising such shady hotels on their site. ”
