Adventure Island Tours

Overall, everything was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I do feel the arrival instructions could have been much more detailed. Clearer directions on how to locate the correct building, where to enter, and what to do once we arrived would have made the check-in process much smoother. My biggest concern was the kitchen sink not draining properly. Considering the amount we paid for our stay, this was definitely disappointing and inconvenient. I contacted maintenance and submitted a service request, but unfortunately, no one came to resolve the issue during our stay. I feel that when guests are paying a premium price, maintenance concerns like this should be addressed in a timely manner. Aside from those issues, we had a nice stay. With clearer arrival instructions and more prompt attention to maintenance requests, the overall experience would have been much better.
