Very friendly staff, quiet and clean room

Room was amazing and I took photos of the bathroom to get ideas for our future build

We got in kind of late so we were tired however I called and asked which room has the view of the beach and so I booked that one. When we arrive we get a view of the parking lot. Second issue was when we arrived in the room and turned on the tv we noticed it had a lines across the tv so we couldn’t watch tv infront of the bed, had to go to the couch. Next morning we notified front desk and they said maintenance would come look at it. Never saw anyone and no one came to fix it. Third issue was the towel hangers were falling off the wall so we couldn’t hang our towels. Also the elevators were so slow and sometimes never showed up so had to take the stairs just to get to the room and we were on the 5th floor!
