DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte City Center
10/10 Excellent
"Great location but sadly the room is not very noise proof and we were kept up all night from the noise of the neighbor's TV. They were not being obnoxious, no need to call the front desk, but the rooms were just not well "insulated" for sound. "
"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. This time my friend & I were in town to celebrate her birthday and to go to a concert. Check-in was smooth, location is safe, staff was accommodating and the room was clean. I do wish it parking wasn’t so expensive but otherwise, I have no complaints! I will definitely be staying again!"
"Special credit to the valet staff Alex and one other gentleman. They provided excellent service during local protests, getting us to our vehicle and to an alternate exit so we could continue our plans. "
