“We usually stay somewhere else but decided to try the "fancier" and more expensive hotel with a hottub. . The carpet has to be from the 80s, ugly green stripes with stains on the stairs. Bathroom had sand on the floor and the lighting fixtures havent been dusted in a long time. They're was only 1 dresser with a TV on it, no where to put anything like snacks, totes, etc. The hot tub was WARM and had so much chlorine that my eyes and another hotel patrons were burning. Asked if we could check in……

“This is your typical low price motel. Having stayed at another Motel 6 enroute, the same decor was in this property. The room was very spacious with a good view of the historical bridge and Rouge river. The king bed was shoved into a corner, with only one side accessible. We did discover it was movable providing access to both sides, however that put a wall lamp about a foot into the head of the bed. I had read there is no AC and to take a fan. “location is nice, good restaurant across the street. swimming pool and hot tub were both cold, pool room needs updating.”

“I came in to town for a quick trip and just needed a place for one night, close to town. The cabins were easy to find and the manager texted me clear and easy directions to follow.
