The location is absolutely spectacular—set between lush jungle and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, offering a peaceful, visually stunning environment that immediately invites relaxation. The resort is beautifully maintained, and the accommodations are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed to complement the natural surroundings. "Clean rooms and great service. Everyone is polite and ready to be at service from the front desk to the concierge. Loved the villa with the balcony, the pool and the beach. Great place for families and kids. Actually, the distance from Bahía Príncipe to the bench is walkable but the shuttles were on time and it was fun riding them. There are drinks everywhere and the food in the buffet was delicious. Beautiful sunsets, shows, music, and space to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Highly recommended. "

"Great amenities (multiple pools, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, multiple separated areas for families, kids, and adults only, etc.) , very friendly and helpful staff, great variety of foods and beverages, good entertainment, and beautiful beaches. Convenient mini bank in the lobby, as well as a travel agency, pharmacy and gift shops. The suite was very nice and comfortable, although it had a musty smell that lasted throughout our entire stay. That was the only negative. Overall, fantastic experience e definitely recommend!"

"This was our fifth time staying at Villas de Rosa. It is my preferred home away from home. If you are in need of rest and relaxation and a beautiful beach and water, this is the place. The condo has a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook, and if you don’t feel like it — beach bar next door is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Aventuras Akumal is a bit under 2 miles from Akumal which is why it is a little quieter, if you want to have easier access to more sights or food options, I recommend renting a car. We mostly, happily, stayed put. Hotel Manager Tony is just a WhatsApp message away with helpful tips, a new lightbulb or to call you a cab. I cannot speak more highly of him, he is great at his job. Having been staying here multiple times, I wanted to mention some of the updates that have been done lately. Fresh paint everywhere, the palapas out front have been re-thatched and stained and look great. Tons of new beach lounge chairs, fancy glass shower doors, new faucets and even a new sliding door and screen on our ground floor unit. So glide-y! And secure locks. Oh! And all the units have fobs instead of keys which are soo easy to use. The things that are the same in the best way are the comfy beds and amazing water pressure. Rooms are super clean and the housekeepers do a great job at cleaning up the sand we track in . Oops. This charming family-run hotel is great for couples and families. Book your stay, you won’t regret it. "
