Great attention to details, friendly staff, high standards in all restaurants. Difficult time with front desk because they didn’t want to keep the same rate, original purchase with Expedia. So, for my extra night I have to purchased with Expedia again. Front desk didn’t help at all. The girl from the front desk offered expensive rates for the same room for the extra night and we have to move to other room. Later on, went I return the key, they keep us on the same room.

I liked the friendly people working at the resort. The food was terrible for the most part. I did not like the pressure put on me to buy a timeshare or whatever they were trying to sell me when I first arrived. Expedia was zero help to me. My flight was cancelled on the way there and I was hung up on multiple times by customer service. I missed two days of my pre paid vacation and found it impossible to talk to anyone at Expedia
