“The room was great. The food (Iftar buffet) was amazing. Hallway needs to be clean and carpet of the hallway needs to be changed.”

“Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The hotel smelled so good and the shuttle was definitely used and came in handy, I love this stay. I highly recommend when coming to Mekah. ”

“Check in was smooth. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice and a pleasant surprise. This hotel is close to the new extension, however takes about 10 mins walk (downhill) to Haram near Clock Tower. Please keep in mind, 2 mins of walk back is uphill. There is a bridge to the Haram right next to this hotel but it was closed. Once it opens, getting to the Haram should be convenient! Room was clean, and overall the hotel is not run down like some of the other Mecca hotels. Bathroom was……

“The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.”
