Do not recommend dinning at the hotel at all even if it’s free. -Not easy to walk to holy mosque you have to take the golf car usually the waiting is 2-5 min and it takes 1-2 min to arrive then you walk down to the mosque. ”

“Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not recorded on their system despite presenting physical evidence. I was in state of Ihram and remained composed to proceed with our Umrah. Upon arrival approximately four hours later, no confirmation of our reservation was received. We contacted Expedia who subsequently sent an email to the manager. We finally arrived at our room around 5:30 pm. Awful experience which ruined it for entire stay at the hotel. Will never be staying here……
