The bathroom was like something out of a 60’s motel. Yet they told me that O was in a premium room (that overlooked air conditioning units). AC was noisy. Finding the place is not for the faint of heart. There is very little signage. Weary travellers don’t need to be hinting for a parking space in a crowded parkade then wondering which elevator to use and what floor….put up some signs! This place could use a refresh for what they are charging

Nice staff, the rooms had smoke odors, we had to change rooms. Very loud off Hastings TV control wasn't working, so the volume was stuck on LOUD oveall OKAY bed seemed clean and towles were clean

The staff is phenomenal. We arrived early and asked if there was a chance to check in or could we check out bags. He asked if we could hang around for about 30 mins and he will see what he can do. In less than 30 he had a room for us. I will definitely stay there again
