“This place is terrible. The room was not clean. I opened the refrigerator and it smelled like something died in there.”

“3 of us stayed here while on a biking trip through and around Blue Springs State Park. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, and each bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice space and spotless like the rest of the room. There were plenty of plugins for the three of us to use, along with a nice closet and small fridge for food and water bottles. The room was spacious. The included breakfast was plentiful with eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits & gravy. Pastries, cereal and……

“Old hotel, worn down. Pool closed. Furniture old and stained The good part, bed was very comfortable, ac worked great, and strong water pressure in the shower ”

“Absolutely charming, nostalgic mom’n’pop hotel. Right in the river. We sat, drank our coffee, and watched the boats pass from our porch. The room wasn’t large but wasn’t small either. It’s an older property but the room was neat, clean, and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable and we had no problems at all. Ms Carol and the staff were warm and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Perfectly out of the way and peaceful but with plenty of options for enjoying the river. We’ll be back!”

“Very clean and comfortable. Very affordable and convenient. Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. It lacks a few simple amenities like a hair dryer, and an iron, but it was a great stay for the price. Would definitely consider staying again and would surely recommend a stay there!”

“Check in was quick and easy. The lady at the counter didn’t come across as friendly. The pool was down(only reason we booked a hotel), the gym consisted of a closet sized room with a treadmill, 5 sets of weights and a few exercise balls, the hallways were hot and had a dog smell to them. The room had a clean appearance to it but the bed was very old and not very comfortable. Pillows were flat with no comfort, The sheets had a strange feeling to them. As if they were just old and unwashed. The……

“No washcloth no hand towel and only two shower dingy looking towels. Mold in the shower!”
