"Our stay was exceptional! The rules were clear and provided on time. We needed a boiling pot and the host found us one and dropped it off. This speaks to the hospitality we received. Very thankful to connect and stay in the property for more than 3 weeks on business."

"Eric was very kind, and the location was extremely convenient. Above all, the interior of the house was very elegant, and the bed was so comfortable that we were able to have a great night’s sleep on the soft bedding set. We would love to visit again"

"Very nice place. Great Job! Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!"

"Nice place to stay close to food"

"The property was clean and our host is very friendly. I will definitely be trying to book this place the next time I come in town."

"Real nice place. Nice patio. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. I would stay there again."

"Apartment was wonderful. Loved the rooftop pool!"

"So clean inside! The living room was comfortable. We parked at Joes parking lot and was 40 for overnight. The outside downtown area is usually busy but the inside of the building felt safe. Was able to access the rooftop easily. Had an overall nice stay."

"Make sure you're not getting an upstairs unit if you're afraid have heights or have any mobility issues. The spiral staircase looks a little scary but was solid. We felt like we were in a hotel room. Communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Exactly as described. Central location. We will come again"

"Highly recommend this vacation home! The team was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, and we had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is fantastic!"

"Great location and can’t beat the free parking in DTLA. Host was very nice, and got back to us asap when we had to fix an error at check in. Would recommend :)"

"The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place"

"The place is amazingly close to the beach, 2 block walk. Restaurants within walking distance."

"Great locationSpacious Host was very helpful"

"We were so happy with this home. It provided the perfect environment for our stay - clean, safe and a fabulous location. The roof deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The hosts communicated quickly and responsibly with any questions posed. I highly recommend this home!"

"The property was perfect for our family."

"This listing is a very nice, fairly spacious, model home type four bedroom, two bath condo that is clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to dozens of top tier restaurants and stores! Definitely would recommend this to small groups that want to have a walkable staycation/vacation along the beach!"
