"Beautiful stay. Great place if you want to hike as access to the trail is literally next door. Did not expect how steep the roads would be but it’s in the Smoky Mountains. "

"The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Great breakfast options as well for a family with kids. We had solid breakfast options during our stay. The staff brought extra covers for the pull out couch making the girls very comfortable overnight. The room was fully equipped with all of the bathroom amenities as well. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others who are visiting the area. "

"We had to quickly move to the hotel because of the blizzard coming in and the staff was very accommodating. I booked 2 separate rooms and we were very pleased with all the facilities. They do offer a simple continental breakfast with bagels and such witch was fine with us. "
