“Apparently there was 3 baseball teams of young boys there. It was chaos! But that was no one’s fault but the parents. But this helped set the stress level of our weekend. My 10 yr old daughter was with me and the guy checking us in was cussing up a storm using the f word and many more words in front of her it was ridiculous. A second guy came up doing the same thing, the staff was clearly stressed because of how busy they were but it was unnecessary with the cussing and the unprofessional……

“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. Some of them were hanging out outside the hotel, smoking, and it looked like they might have been taking shelter from living in the streets. The area outside of the hotel is unkempt and overgrown. Parking there felt unsafe and creepy. The lobby area was a work in progress when I came in, and the room was spacious and had potential, but the carpet was stained and old, as……
