"We checked in on our own for just 10 minutes and left this place. Nobody present to welcome us. No wifi and or internet, all fridges were unplugged. Web everywhere. Trees overgrown on hot tub and pool and many more! "

When we asked for water from staff we were told to go buy it in the vending machine (rudely) which ironically, does not sell water. Disappointed. Also very noisy, can hear everything in the hallways. "The property was very nice, large enough to accommodate a family gathering, and in a beautiful location. Well appointed kitchen was great for preparing family dinners for everyone.You may want to consider the weather when booking during the winter months. The driveway is long and steep, and if anyone in our party did not have 4WD then they would not have made it to the house (and walking up the hill would have been dangerous due to excessive ice). We requested more icemelt/salt from Amos while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive, and he sent someone out to treat the driveway near the house. Without this it would have been tricky to walk back and forth between the two buildings."
