"Just stayed overnight to move my daughter into UMASS so I don't have a lot to say. It was fine- we were just looking for place to sleep. Beds were fine. Shower tough to get into for my mediocre mobility issue- tall tub to step into. My husband tried and failed to check in while my daughter and I stayed to unpack her and they wouldn't let him check- because the reservation was in my name, even though he had my email confirmation and my over the phone permission. Plus because I had made the Rez via Expedia if he booked a different Rez in his name, we might lose $ or at least it would take a few days...annoying, but not the staff's fault. Like I said- it was fine. Not excellent, not bad- just fine, and comparatively, reasonably priced. What you might expect from a Comfort Inn"

"Our room was beautiful. We had a massage chair which was a surprise. Check in was quick. The young man behind the desk was very kind. Finding the hotel was a little difficult even with Google Maps. More signage is needed maybe? Also I and another person tried to buy wine at check in which was on display at the front desk but the young man was too young to sell it and there was no-one else there to help, That was disappointing."

"Great location for visiting folks north and south of Holyoke. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the proximity to the bike paths, the breakfast buffet, and the room itself. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The laundry facilities were great as well. We have been choosing the “D” hotel for several years now and will be back! The staff is very professional and helpful!"

"We stayed here because we were visiting the parks. Only about a 15 min drive to six flags. My only complaint would be the AC system. It shuts on and off during the night it’s annoying and if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up every time."

"My husband and 2 adult children were in town for a funeral and stayed here for 4 nights. It was close to everything that we needed. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was really hot during our stay, so we did not use the 3-season porch, but it was certainly nice to have the extra room if we needed it. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and Lee left us some tasty treats upon our arrival. One thing to note is that you have to go through the master bedroom to get to the twin bedroom, which was not an issue for us. Communication with Lee was always quick and informative. It's a great little property and I would definitely stay here again."
