5/5 Excellent
"Perfect for our visit to Smith - just a few blocks away. Room was spotless & bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. My daughter loved the hygiene products in the bathroom; I would purchase them for our home if i could remember what they were! Breakfast was better than the average continental with croissants, muffins, fresh fruit, & a variety of coffee options with dairy alternatives. We were on the first level so our door was exterior, but the area is well lit, parking was right outside the door, and we felt very safe. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after check-in hours but communication with the office was friendly & welcoming, and they provided us with detailed self check-in instructions. Our interactions with them the next day confirmed their friendly demeanor. The free homemade cookies at the front desk when we checked out were delicious. We wished we could have stayed a second night! Will definitely return if we are in town again. Highly recommend! "
