“The historic Inn is beautifully maintained and updated and provides a unique experience of staying in a home dating back to the 1600's. Breakfast was delicious and Megan the cook was welcoming and helpful. We always stay at the Black Walnut Inn when in Amherst!”

“My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe.
We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with.
The rooms were very clean and spacious.
The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone.……
