"from start to finish the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful , all of them including the contract gardener for the property. the property was in excellent shape clean and attractive, the rooms were adequate size with comfortable mattresses pillows and very nice sheets. it was a wonderful stay"

"Did not like the parking. Lot of construction in the area. Safety to from the assigned parking was a concern at times. The rain didn't help the situation either. During the construction period a small shuttle to the parking lot would help. A multi passenger golf cart would be ideal."

"Nice rooms, fridge available, comfy beds and decent showers. Only problem is no elevator for 2nd floor. And heavy doors to go through. Friendly helpful staff. Decent price. Right on the P20 bus line. Lots of restaurants in the area and Holyoke Mall is like a 5-10 min bus ride from the hotel."
