Anderson Condominium Resorts to Rent

Our preferred place to stay when visiting my folks! Comfortable, clean and friendly staff!

Everything about the property was phenomenal. Everything was clean, enjoyed the weight room and the laundry.

It was our second stay at this location. We plan to stay again when we return to the area.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Carmichael around ten days after their grand opening. We are local residents but wanted something fun to do for our anniversary, and we knew the location can't be beat. We spent most of the day walking up and down the Monon, from City Center to Midtown to the Arts & Design District. No car necessary. We tried checking in a few minutes early, but no room was ready, so we had drinks at Adagio, the lobby bar. The bartenders were quite pleasant and knowledgable. We...

This place is friendly and easy. While different from your typical hotel, it still has all the same amenities. Breakfast was homemade from scratch and yummy. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel was great, just wish the other hotels around were completed, so it doesn't look so much like a construction zone (which I know they don't have control over that). Definitely stay there again!

Great location, great experience

I stayed for three nights and had a great stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. My only little complaint, if I can even call it that, is that the system to work the lights in the room was slightly complicated. But that’s more on me and I’m not taking off any points from the hotel for that.

Very nice hotel nice and clean comfortable beds helpful staff and very nice breakfast

Truly a wonderful hotel and excellent value!

Place was nice. Staff was great!

Great room with the most comfortable beds and pillows. Well worth the extra expense!

Great location. Wonderful place to stay. Lovely breakfast. Lots of areas for small gatherings, meetings, etc.

Great customer service!

I had given up on Super 8s. Thankfully, i read the reviews on the Greenfield location and decided to give it a chance. Sara, the gal that checked us in, was very friendly and considerate. The rooms were clean, the bed was firm (with an extra blanket), the tv and wifi worked great, and the shower was hot. Only minor thing was that the ac unit was struggling to pump out cool air, but it was enough to keep us comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
