“Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. “Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great.”

“Peter was an amazing host. He was very communicative and responsive. The place was as described. It was a brand new apartment with everything you would need. I would recommend this spot to others.”

“Overall, our stay was fine. The apartment is quite large with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This was nice. The only negative points I had was not being able to get into the apartment bc the code didn't work. We got to the apartment at midnight after all day of driving and we had kids with us so not being able to get into the apartment caused a little bit of panick and heartburn.
