“Just towels was not in good condition ”

“Issues: No bedding supplied for the pull out. Eventually partially supplied and then asked to check the dryer for it. The TV remote did not work, which you need to use the fire stick so no TV. There’s a coffee maker but no mugs. The light over the kitchenette area didn’t work. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Initially good response from the host then nothing. Left a day early. When we informed the host we were leaving she then said she would move us to another unit but didn’t offer until……

“Hello, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, communication, or the services that were advertised. This situation caused significant inconvenience and negatively impacted our overall experience. Approximately a week and a half before our arrival, I attempted to contact you three times to clarify which items were included in the rental and what we needed to bring, as this information was not……

“Overall the room was generally clean but there were definitely maintenance things that needed to be taken care of; dead batteries in remotes, dead light bulbs, cob webs in corners, garbage under the bed, fire place didn’t work, etc. Unfortunately the toilet did not work the entire time we were there and we had to cut our stay short. Now we are unable to get in contact with the owner to get any sort of refund for the trouble. I have been completely ghosted. ”

“Host was great at communicating. Condo was perfect size for all of us. Location was not ski in/ski out, very limited parking, no variety of games, amenities such as rec center are not open stated hours, they have cut back. Condo has not been maintained , broken fireplace, walls painted in different shades to cover damage, interior doors damaged, ceiling peeling because of water damage, bathroom in smaller unit has lots of damage. Very disappointed as all properties we have stayed in……

“This place has a lot of potential! Accomodation was clean and updated. The kitchen lacked some supplies and while there was a fantastic air mattress for the kids, there were no blankets supplied. The pool and facilities were lovely after a day on the slopes. ”
