"Staff are very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room the key didn't work but luckily there was a lady cleaning rooms nearby and she helped us get in. When I went down to the front desk the manager there ( Catherine I think) insisted on coming with me back to ensure the new keys worked properly. That's good service."

"This is a very Classy stuning Hotel with "white glove" service. Try the Restaurant and The Clock Lounge.....there is so much to see in the Hotel, and the underground connection to Ripley's was also amazing on a cold drizzle day."

"A great stay, after a three year pandemic pause. Refurbished room, the new flooring is nice. The change to actual doors in the barhroom and closet, rather than sliding doors makes the entry way, and in and out of bathroom awkward. Other than that, nice colors and well done. The best part is Encar, is still working at reception. Absolutely one of the best hotel employees! "

"First trip to Toronto by myself and the service I got from Chelsea through Expedia was amazing. Will DEFINITELY be returning to this hotel. Price was great for the amenities offered and staff was really friendly. I didn’t know how the lockers worked and I accidentally locked my room key and phone in the pool changing room. I used the phone, called down to front desk and a guard came up to help me. Wa super friendly and it was taken care of in a matter of 5minutes not even.
