Baymont by Wyndham Casa Grande

10/10 Excellent

"Very clean and comfortable."

Super 8 by Wyndham Casa Grande

8/10 Good

"LOCATION / PROPERTY - located on 287, close to I-10. Easy to find, right behind an I-HOP restaurant. The room was quiet with the exception of the A/C unit which was a little noisy. Not a deal breaker. It seemed to struggle to keep the room cool. The filter was clean but the room had a bit of a musty smell. CONVENIENT - located close to a Freddy's restaurant, a Circle K, an I-HOP and a Tractor Supply. PARKING - surface was nice and it seemed to be well lit. Plenty of parking. ICE MACHINE - small one on the ground floor. Great crushed ice dispensed. WASHER / DRYER - available on the ground floor close to the ice machine. Coin operated. ELEVATOR - none, stairs only. CHECK IN EXPERIENCE - the first time for me checking in via a kiosk. Had to put my id on the scanner, talk to the gentleman via a monitor, and took the key and room number like a receipt at a gas pump. The "receipt" mentioned that a 15% discount was offered at I-HOP when showing your room keycard. (didn't try it) STAFF - actual person present upon check out. Friendly enough. DINING OPTIONS / BREAKFAST OPTIONS - it was described as a grab and go. Didn't take advantage of it. As stated, there is an I-Hop restaurant between the hotel and 287. ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS / AMENITIES • BED - comfortable, but was a "mattress on a table", high off the floor and scooted around a lot with little effort. • CHARGING OUTLETS - used the one outlet provided in the nightstand lamp. • BATHROOM - tight quarters."

1 Bed/1 Bath Upscale Casita, Sleeps 2/4, Garage, Pool, BBQ, EV charger, more...

10/10 Excellent

"This is an absolutely great place to stay. We came to Gilbert to visit our grandchildren. They live nearby and the casita was perfect. It is spacious, well equipped. We were even able to park our car in the garage to avoid the it sitting in the sun. We will definitely book Roy’s place again on our next visit."

Large lot with plenty of space to spread out and something for everyone to do

"Jeralyn is incredible to work with. She was responsive and answered all questions we had. Check in process was very easy. The house was INCREDIBLE!! The backyard was BREATHTAKING!! We didn't even need to leave the house because there was so much to do there!! We had 17 guests in our group. There are 5 bedrooms, however, you can very easily sleep 20 people if your guests aren't picky. They have 5 beds, 2 pull out couches (they're comfy), 6 rolling cots (also pretty comfy), plus the big couch in the living room. They also have 2 pack and plays for little ones and a high chair available to use. The pool was AMAZING!!! This was a highlight of our trip! The slide was so fun! The kids (6 yrs. old) jumped off of the rocks into the pool and had a blast! They have floaty's available for everyone, including young toddlers. There were 2 floaty's available that we used for a 2 year old and a 4 year old. They are the ones that strap across the chest and have floaty's on the arms. They worked very well. They also had some pool toys and balls to play with. Don't be confused if you're not used to a washer/dryer like the one they have. There are manuals on each machine. We loved the big driveway and the fact that we could park in the garage! The only downside was the fact that there isn't a TV in all bedrooms. All our guests like to watch TV before bed and there's only 2 bedrooms with TV's. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to choose this house for your vacation! You won't be disappointed!"

"This property was absolutely amazing! There was more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. We had a few hiccups in the beginning, but the host was incredibly responsive, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure our concerns were addressed quickly. You can truly tell this host takes pride in their property, and it definitely shows. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and created the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable stay.Thank you for providing a place where my family and I were able to create memories that will last a lifetime.
