“Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.”

“Everything was amazing!!! The golf cart shuttle was absolutely great to get around hotel. Good food as well. ”

“We actually didn't get to stay at the Landmark as Metro Hospitality told me when I called the day before check-in about our room not being available. They claimed to have an equal property in Casa Grande and with my son's wedding the next day I took their word for it and that was a mistake. I paid for a luxurious apartment 3brd and what I received was a 2bdr slum in Casa Grande that couldn't accommodate our entire family. They won't respond to my many attempts to reach them. Anyway, they ruined……

“I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”

“Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers……
