"Smoking is allowed throughout the first floor except the restaurants. You can't check in without dealing with the smoke. I wouldn't stay there again unless they change the Smoking policy"

"Yes, this hotel has some deficiency however, I’m going to tell you that it is definitely a vibe and for that I gave it at least four stars. It felt like an island vibe.. lots of seating on the beach. Great drinks. Great music. And great entertainment. I know I will definitely come again. PS. I think my hotel money went to the mattress of my bed because that was one of the best sleeps I ever had."

"First we got a pretty bad room with a smell , but it's important to mention that after the complaint and request to change the room we got a good room way more convenient and clean, the breakfast was great , in general considering the price it's was a good stay for one night ."

"Breakfast options were very basic. Door was hard to open. Slow flushing toilets. Overall for the price it was ok. "

"The property is undergoing a complete renovation so there is currently some construction that you may need. to overlook. However, for the rate offered during this phase this property was amazing! We ended up having to stay an extra day unexpectedly and there was no second guessing where to stay. The rooms are complete, new and comfortable. The pool area was closed but is clearly going to be 5 star from the work we witnessed. Best of all, the staff are amazing and made sure we were completely satisfied. This is a picture of what we look for when staying away. Can't wait to visit once the renovation is complete."

"Hotel was clean and well appointed . There was just a lot going on. Super loud music playing all day and party events open to the public. It’s definitely a lively location and I’d feel comfortable bringing my kids there, but it’s not quiet. The “pool party” brought indoors was a bit much - we couldn’t hear each other in the cafe because the music from the party was so loud."

"I’ll be honest, I was a little worried about staying here after reading some of the bad reviews, but honestly this hotel was great. The room was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool area was really nice. I especially loved the gazebo area. For the price, this hotel is amazing and I would definitely stay here again."
