“The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the muffins and other breakfast items. The bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room table worked out well. The weather was very cold and wind when we were there but if not for the wind we would have used the hot tub but unfortunately it was not suitable for use. I would recommit if you are planning on using it in the off season you notify the host prior to checkin. Also an instruction book for use of hot tub and wood fireplace...

“Pros: Great location, clean and well appointed. Cons: Stovetop does not work properly. Needs replacement. Suggestions: more hooks in bathroom for hanging towels. Add shelve next to sink for moe counter space ”

“Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year.”

“I liked everything. It is a very complete and quiet hotel. I only disliked the smell of the elevators but my stay at Hampton Inn Lockport - Buffalo was incredible.”

“Property was in nice neighborhood and good location in town. Staying here was better than at a hotel. Even though host bought new mattress, there was no box springs so bed was very low to floor, hard to get out of bed. Other than that stay was enjoyable.”
