The food was always fresh and big spread. Issue is that the key to the rooms do not work regularly for all hotel guests. Also lack of communication of daily activities. Otherwise it is a fabulous resort

Stayed for 5 nights with our two young kids. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Nice restaurant. We did the signature all inclusive and it met all our needs. I would definitely go back again. Staff was so nice and accommodating. I did request a crib. I was told it wasn’t guaranteed but it do show up around 8:30pm the night we checked in. Not ideal for a 2 year old but at least we had it.
