“The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match.”

“Beautiful boutique hotel. All-inclusive but not buffet, which is great because the food quality was good. Has three restaurants, plus the restaurant near the pool. The service was excellent, and everyone was always very nice and helpful. This is my second time. The spa treatments were phenomenal! Definitely coming back!”

“Furniture in lobby was stained due to being fabric which means it’s not easily disinfected. Baseboards in room and bathroom were dirty. Rug in living area of room had stains. Refrigerator smelled terrible. The actually room surfaces, linens, furniture was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”
