“Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, the room was very, very cozy, and the morning breakfast was warm and delicious. My only complaint was the pool and spa were closed, and half the gym equipment was out of order. I am sure it will be repaired soon.”

“First room had dog hair all over the carpet, smelled STRONGLY of mold, and had mouse poop in the couch. Furniture looked like it was disintegrating at the bottom and edges. Was switched rooms. New room was in similar disrepair, stains everywhere, one drawer was stuck open. I put the drawer back on its tracks and found a pile of mold beneath the drawer when fixing it. Base of bed has stained fluids all over it. One picture frame was literally screwed from the outside front of the frame into the……

“I love everything in the location and that is right next to the Tayler’s State Park enclose by a few stores. What I didn’t like, is that the TV kept coming on as if someone was managing it from afar.”

“My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that.……

“The pictures of the hotel on Expedia are AI. The hotel is under construction. That was not disclosed anywhere until I drove 3 hours to the hotel. The entire hotel is under construction. It was a mess! The elevator looked very sketchy to ride in. The bathtub was dirty. Plus no buffet breakfast like advertised. The best part of my one night stay was the cold AC.”

“I don’t even know what to say about this hotel. I guess when I reserved a room for $59 in Tyler, Texas I should have known what to expect. The lobby that is shown in the pictures on Expedia doesn’t exist. You walk into this tiny little storage room with old unplugged, broken vending machines and you have to go up to a window to slide your ID and credit card in. The door does not have the extra top lock latch. The room was not fully supplied with towels. There were spiderwebs everywhere, stains……
