“My stay at Bakval Suites was great! The host was very helpful; responded very quickly to questions. The condo was clean and it has everything I needed during my stay. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. It also come with beach towels, a nice cooler and beach chairs. The pool was big and clean. Very good Internet and A/C. Short walk to Palm beach. I would definitely stay at Bakval Suites again!”

“The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Loved the location of thos resort - everything you need within walking distance. For the age of the resort i was impressed with our room, clean, comfortable, no issues. Buffet was smaller than I've had but you also have another breakfast option which we used a few times when the buffet was too busy. Overall we thought the food was good, even my picky husband did just fine. Beach and pool were beautiful but we were super annoyed with how guests just left their trash everywhere.
