Off street parking is also available This spacious two bedroom historic home is fully renovated. Both bedrooms have a king size bed. There is a queen-size sectional sofa in the living room as well. The bathroom includes a clawfoot tub and shower. Large kitchennette, a smart TV with DVR, washer/dryer, and lovely views from the mini-deck

Loved the apartment in the historic house. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome location - easy walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown.

Lovely Accommodations & Awesome Location!

Beautiful home only 1 block away from downtown Ashland. Never drove once we arrived. Property owner, Stan, was onsite and checked on us twice during a 5 day stay. If you are looking for a rental in Ashland this place is PERFECT!!
