“Not to bad. Had a bad beer smell on the stairways. But all and all not to bad. Room 206 was upstairs and with all the rooms ac units facing into the hall. Made the rooms hard to keep cool. Wife and I had four of are Grandkids with us and we had plenty of room. Indoor pool was I hit for the kids. A bit slippery. Last bit not least. Area was clean and quiet.”

“The rooms are smoke-free, but when you walk into the casino/hotel, you get hit with that cigarette smell.”

“My only complaint is staff could have been a little friendlier. Other than that, the stay was great. Breakfast was delightful. Room was clean and cool temperature wise.”

“We had a mishap in our room but when we called about it, JAMIE was there right away and was very pleasant. All fixed and are in a motel 6 in Biloxi as we speak.”

“Latonya was so gracious as our host. She was very welcoming and served an amazing breakfast which was welcome after sleeping in such a historic home.”

“The walls were dirty, something was wrong with the window, cabinet wouldn’t stay closed and room never really called down. Breakfast was nice, the normal options but it was done well.”

“Arrived at hotel and room was already prepaid. Took staff member at front desk over 30mins to check me in. She could not figure out how to check in a prepaid room from expedia. The next morning I check and she has charged me a second time for the room aswell. All the elevators were broken and the room was old, outdated and not very clean. As someone for loves IHG hotels, this is the worst one we have ever stayed at!”
