"We had such a great time here, and would happily go back to stay in another room. The home is beautiful with many thoughtful details. The breakfast was interesting and delicious with unique touches like infused juices. The parking was a little difficult, but other than that the location was wonderful."

"We enjoyed our stay in general. The highlights are the made to order breakfast , and the 5:30-7:00 happy hour, both included. We really enjoyed the staff at these events. We loved being close to everything and we walked around daily. The only area which I'd suggest improvements were housekeeping. We stayed 7 days and each day we had to go out and look for staff to give us more coffee, towels, and we had to leave our garbage in the hall to be emptied. Finally on day 4, we asked how we could get service to the room. The desk staff requested service on the computer, and they did come later the next day. For people who paid $3000 in costs for accommodation for the week, I would like to see a system in place where it isn't such a guessing game to have these services provided. It's ironic that the people staying the longest get the poorest service."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The houseboat was so lovely. It was very clean and we were welcomed with the most pleasant smell when we walked in. I must say this has been the most relaxing stay. We will definately be back. The host was great with making sure we were well informed and had everything we needed. Down to complimentary snacks and water. The Cove staff was also great. I give it a 10 out of 10 highly recommend!"

"Great location and nice hotel with all of the Hilton niceties (cleanliness, service, etc). Great beds and pillows too. The hotel needs updating and the pool as well as its lounge area around the pool needs cleaning or possibly updating. I recommend it for the cost if you want a nice and clean hotel."
