This space offers a fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops. 1 master bedroom with an attached bathroom. 1 Secondary bedroom with two twin beds to accommodate your guests. Bedrooms are furnished with thick and high quality linen. A washer and dryer, access to secured parking and 2 private entrances are also available. A 65' Wide Screen Smart TV is also inside the unit.

One fully stocked bathroom with standing shower and bathtub. 4 fresh white bath towels, 6 hand towels, 8 facecloths, 6 makeup towels, iron, ironing board, and first aid kit located in bathroom closet. Courtesy bath wash, shampoo, conditioner available also.

We usually avoid a certain by owner vacation property website because their website reviews are in our experience frequently inaccurate. We used Expedia for this rental and were very disappointed when we discovered that expedia is now offering their units. The good: It’s a reasonable property for the price point. The neighborhood was safe and near plenty of restaurants and stores, just a few minutes from Peachtree mile. The not-good: unit is not equipped with the basics, like a plunger, trash bags and soap for the dishwasher. Think about that while you drink from a glass from the cupboard. The queen bed was a memory foam mushy mess and I was advised the twin beds were hard and uncomfortable. We were greeted upon arrival by a pile of trash at the entrance. We were advised it would be quickly addressed but was still there 48 hours later. Renter beware, hard pass for us.
