"The Resort Villa is outdated could use some upgrades. The WaterPark is not included in your stay you have to pay extra. It could have been a little bit cleaner. There was plenty of activities and things to do for the kids."

"The room is clean when we arrived but the soap and dishes are missing some pots and pan. Other essential household items, limited to cook and make things in the room. The staffs are nice, family friendly and pool is nice, very clean. There are always a life guard on duty. The restaurant in the hotel are just microwave food not worth it. "

Unfortunately on our last night at the property we discovered a large American cockroach about 2” long. We caught and killed it but it certainly dampened our stay.. no signs of pest issues at the property."
