I love the decor and the location, you're close to a convenient store with a barista, sushi and a gas station. View from windows is really nice. Gym is basic, as is pool. Things I didn't love: communication with host was slow, shortest response time one hour, longest time two days, sometimes I had to follow up. You also are expected to supply your own items such as toilet paper or soap. I arrived to a half roll of TP and was told I needed to do the rest. They said they'd reimburse but that still is something I've never had to do. Comes with some basics like S&P, oil, coffee, tea, brown sugar which is really helpful. Overall I probably wouldn't stay here again, but it was nice and I think would be even better in the summer months with the windows open! ##### Jojo D. Hannah, the owner, provided clear instructions for check in and was also responsive and incredibly helpful. It's easy to access the CBD and Harbor District by foot. This urban apartment met all our expectations. The hot tub and exercise room on premises were bonuses. ##### Nancy R. The apartment was totally charming. The location was great. And we loved every day there. We spent 31 days and Hannah was fantastic and super responsive! It is in a central location, and there are nice shops and restaurants a quick walk away. Our communication was clear and timely, and the apartment was clean and well stocked. It's a great location (less than 10 mins walk downhill to the Aotea Centre), was reasonably quiet and overlooks a park. Hannah was a very helpful host - I would definitely choose City Stays again. ##### Holly M.
