"We stayed at this hotel 9 night and all I can say is they made sure our room was maintained even day and restocked if needed they have a delicious restaurant on site 😋 the pool was clean and not Crowed they have alot of resting areas and the staff and shuttle drivers are very friendly great bilingual place and the was down is only about 8 min and the walk up to hotel is not bad a little step but not bad we would 100% stay here again in the future"

"This hotel needs ALOT of renovations and upgrades. The bed was cheap, thin mattress & noisy. The sofa bed was dirty. The shower super small, the AC loud and old, and needed to be cleaned out and replaced the filter. The ceiling fan was also dirty, the fan blades NEEDS to be dusted and cleaned. The shower towels were old, hard and small. And the stairs to go upstairs are steep and semi dark. The second floor stairs does not have any railings and it is unsafe for people, especially the elderly, younger and disabled people. In general this hotel was not a good choice. The reason I chose it was because on their description it promotes to be a walking distance from the shops etc. While it is, I would had rather have the hotel be in better conditions to have your guests stay a positive one."
