"Breakfast credit per person for continental breakfast or cooked to order breakfast. Front desk staff engaging and welcoming. Rooms cleaned daily. Immediate response to a minor problem in room and resolved quickly."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bed sheets have multiple holes. The bathroom door knob was falling off. The bathroom faucet handle was loose. The toilet bowl lift off the floor with every use. The towels was very very old and had what look like bodily stains. Our room door did not close properly you can see people feet walking around. The whole hotel smelled of marijuana with loud music and people walking around all night. The microwave that was outside the rooms in the lobby was very very old with the numbers erased . Refrigerator door in room was broken. Even the iron and ironing board were broken and leaked. There are so much more wrong with this hotel. I’m not sure how they pass inspection. "

"Property is near JFK and restaurants. Also has a shuttle to and from the AirTrain stop each hour. Breakfast had fresh fruit, cereal, English muffins, toast, juice, and fresh coffee. Front desk helped with not enough towels in the room for the number of guests. Also appreciate early check in of an hour or so."

"This was my husband and I's second time staying here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had a last-minute request to add strawberries and macarons with a Happy Anniversary note to our room pre-arrival, and they accommodated me. The drinks at King Bar are delicious, my husband really enjoyed the crab cakes as well. The breakfast buffet was ok. The rooms are always very clean. The pool was also great. We didn't get to go to the speakeasy, but hope to go the next time we are there."
