"I was assigned a corner room where two nearby doors are very close together. We could hear doors opening and closing throughout the night, which was quite noisy. In the morning, the housekeeping staff also shut doors loudly. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with my stay here. And for luggage storage, they charge $4 per item regardless of size…"

Its close proximity to the airport and the convenient shuttle made the transition seamless. ​The standout, however, was the staff. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to get us a very early check-in, which was a huge relief. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stress-free stay near JFK!"
