"The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay."

"- The screens of the entrance door were torn. - Some blades of the blind in the master bedroom on the ground floor were torn. - There were some cooked sausage pieces on a plate in the oven. - There was a piece of cloth in the washer. - There were no spoons. - There was only a small pot with a lid, which is not enough for multiple people. - The keurig pot was not working. Maybe we couldn't find out how to turn it on. - The lower bunk bed blanket was giving off a weird smell. - The garbage cans...

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Upon entry, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that got worse in the bathroom. The condition of the sheets was questionable, and the coffee pot had visible mold. While bath towels were provided, there were no washcloths. The hand body soaps were extremely watered down, and there were leftover food items in the freezer. I had to spend 15 of my own money on cleaning supplies just to make the space bearable. The shower drain ended up needing to be flushed...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool."
