“THE STAY WAS NICE. THE HOST RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR ALL OF MY CONCERNS. THE MANAGER EVEN STOPPED BY TO CHECK ON US. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS ALITTLE DISAPPOINTING, AS THEY ARE FIXING UP ALOT OF HOMES. IT WAS A QUIET STREET. THE HOUSE WAS NICE AND BIG ENOUGH FOR 6 GIRLS. NOT FAR FROM DOWNTOWN DETROIT WHERE WE WERE VISITING.”

“This place is well thought out, mindfully decorated, aesthetically pleasing, and welcoming. Considering the other rentals and hotels in the area in terms of cost, this place was financially comparable and in my opinion more for the money than surrounding rentals. We had a very positive experience. ”

“Gave it a perfect ranking because we loved it, nothing in notes would stop us from staying there again. We hope the details help future renters.Kitchen is WELL stocked with plates & pans. Fewer forks/spoons but still 8ish. Most utensils, no cheese grater, no zip locks. Working dishwasher and microwave, fridge was about 3/4 size but enough for 6 people over a week. Coop grocery 2 socks away, cute and awesome.. Some restaurants but more near Wayne State U about a mile south. Wifi only worked for 1...

“We had a wonderful time at this BNB for my best friend’s bachelorette extravaganza! All twelve girls in our party comfortably fit in this property, and it was super clean and spacious. The property manager was incredibly kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be close to downtown for a fun weekend with friends or family!”

“Our today was perfect for our speech and debate team while we were there for a week I think National forensic Association National Tournament hosted by Wayne State. Century located in downtown Detroit this home was perfect for the eight of us with enough space for sleep and enjoyment. Highly recommend ”

“Easy to get to the house, many houses on the street were in differing stages of renovation, very quiet neighborhood, we were 10 minutes by car from downtown Detroit. House is well furnished and equipped. Bedrooms are very roomy. Would have liked to open a bedroom window at night, but could not, they may be painted shut. No bathroom on the main level, so you have to go upstairs or downstairs. The stairs going to the 2nd floor, have a hand rail going just half way up. Really need a railing...

“This home was the perfect place to stay for our group of friends to explore Detroit: well equipped with amenities, ample parking, walking distance to the Motown museum, and 10 minute drive to anywhere downtown. Host is communicative and offered clear check in & check out instructions. We had no issues at all during our weekend. We loved visiting Detroit again, thank you for hosting us! ”
